Durante le vacanze invernali ci deve sempre essere un giorno per cucinare qualcosa di dolce ed allora …eccoci qua.

150 gr di burro
2 tuorli
150 gr di zucchero
cannella

What a better way to start the new year: cinnamon biscuits/cookies.
During winter holidays we have always a day available to prepare something sweet and so…here we are.

For the shortcrust pastry:
300g flour
300g flour
150 gr butter
2 egg yolks
150g sugar
Cinnamon
Prepare the shortcrust pastry: mix the butter and the sugar then fold in the flour. Add the egg yolks and the cinnamon. Knead quickly. Form the dough into a ball and leave aside for one hour. Then,roll out the pastry and shape the biscuits/cookies. Place in a preheated oven at 180 - 200 °C and bake for approximately 15 minutes .Serve with custard/icing sugar or cinnamon.
